So by the title you know  I have made a  cardboard ninja throwing knife. So here are some facts about the weapon.

One of the primary weapons, the knife was a weapon a ninja could throw, conceal and even use the ring at the bottom to attach ropes on ! So hence you could also call it a 'Grappling knife'. I was light, versatile, and overall great for both close combat and long range.Its use less use full as the shuriken became, more long range and more accurate, although its grappling adaption was still widely used in the ninja community.
